This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of the example of the textbook for specific learning block for the subject, Fictional Company, included in the teaching of economically oriented secondary and vocational schools. Bachelor thesis is di-vided into theoretical and practical parts. The objective of the theoretical part is a description of the history, evolution and significance of this subject, description and comparison of theoretical opinions and suggestions for the creation of textbooks, focusing on the main principles for their creation. The method used for the elaboration of this part is the study of professional literary sources, the creation of extracts and their analysis, comparison and synthesis. The practical part aims to create an example of a learning text supplemented with worksheets for a selected topic within the teaching of the subject, Fictional Company, including a proposal of a methodological recommendation for teachers. This text will be included in the annex of bachelor thesis. The Textbook will be developed according to the didactic principles that relate to the solved issue. The use the project fictitious company in teaching economic subjects in secondary school

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of a fictitious company project in teaching economic subjects at secondary school, especially at the business academy. The aim is to introduce a fictitious company project in teaching economic subjects. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the project of a fictitious company, its aims, organizational forms, teaching methods, evaluation and self-evaluation of pupils and possible outcomes of the project. In the practical part, the project of a fictitious company for teaching economic subjects at a business academy is realized as an experiment, which is evaluated through an evaluation questionnaire for pupils.

TITLE: Practice Enterprise as a Way of Acquiring Foreign Languages AUTHOR: Simona Pecková DEPARTMENT: Department of the French Language and Literature SUPERVISOR: Dr.PhDr. Renáta Listíková, MCF ABSTRACT: The thesis deals with the potential that the subject called practice enterprise represents for acquisition of foreign languages. The aim of the work is to carry out a survey of the present situation, to find about the pupils' level of business language and also to discover what their attitude to the practice enterprise and their motivation to study foreign languages are. By focussing the language instruction on working life, we want to enhance their competitiveness on the labour market. Quantitative research methods are combined here with qualitative ones. Concerning the tools of research, we used didactic test, questionnaire, interview and focus group. We have found out that the practice enterprise has a positive influence on students' level of foreign languages. However, no connection between practice enterprise and pupils' attitude to foreign languages and their motivation to study them has been proved. Financial literacy in secondary education

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the state of financial literacy at the Masaryk Business Academy in Rakovnik and make academic recommendations to improve financial literacy education at this school. This thesis consists of two parts. The first part explains the theoretical concepts of financial literacy and assesses the state of financial literacy in the Czech Republic. The second part is about Masaryk Business Academy in Rakovnik. There is general information about the school, teaching financial literacy and the level of comprehension with regard to financial literacy of students at this school. Students´ Activation in Economic Subjects of the Educational System at Commercial Academie

The thesis is focused on the basic principles of activation methods as a useful tool for complementation and diversification of the education process. Every method is distinguished in a way that the reader can consider applicability of its use and its significance. The thesis should draw attention to advantages of activation methods when compared to standard direct teaching and introduce the reader to some non-standard methods. Included is a questionnaire research among students and teachers of two commercial academies as well as an outcome of the research. Its aim is to determine whether teachers of the commercial academy use activation methods during the education process of specialised subject and whether students perceive them. Complex evaluation of the questionnaires and interconnection of the results - answers from the students and teachers will help us to evaluate teaching methods used at given schools and knowledge of activation methods by the teachers themselves. To conclude, an analysis of the up-to-date state will be made, based on the outcome of the research, and proposition of possible improvement of the education process will be drawn.
Setting Up a Fictitious Company – In Comparison with the Real Setting Up of a Company

This work processes and systematically describes the latest knowledge in the field of setting up fictitious companies in the Czech Republic, characterizes their current status and future trends. The main objective of this work is the analysis of the current level and the comparison between setting up fictitious and real company in terms of general business and legal requirements, simplicity and delays and in terms of comparison of individual legal forms and types of business representation. The theoretical part of the work deals with the procedure of starting a real company in time-sequential steps. In the practical part of the work, except for explaining the procedure setting up a fictitious company, is the attention focused on the comparison of the two procedures. There are described the individual differences in detail, which in many respects results from formal dissimilarities of the participated subjects. For this purpose was done a survey conducted among teachers of the school subject the Fictitious Company. The main aim of this work is to provide teachers, teaching the subject, with a didactical and teaching aid that, apart from the information on setting up fictitious companies, provides a comparison with the setting up of a real company. Defining the differences between setting up fictitious and real companies is an important tool for understanding the nature and the meaning of fictitious companies and help to improve the quality of teaching.
